TalkTalk refreshes My Account service
TalkTalk's commercial director has announced a refresh of the broadband bundle provider's My Account webpage.

The service, which can be accessed via the TalkTalk website, enables subscribers to view their bills online and keep track of their phone and internet usage.

However, Tristia Clarke has unveiled a host of new features that are now available to My Account users, including the ability to update their Calling Circle - a proposition that offers discounts on calls to frequently-dialled numbers.

It will also allow people to make one-off payments and set up Direct Debits, change passwords and even sign up for TalkTalk's new mobile broadband deal.

This recently-launched package gives subscribers 1GB of data to use on the move for £10 per month on a 30-day rolling contract, although a £29.99 charge for the USB modem is required.

"We have been listening to our customers' feedback and have redesigned our My Account page accordingly to give you more freedom," Ms Clarke explained.
