Two broadband providers pledge to boost Sevenoaks coverage
Two internet service providers are now offering to improve broadband connectivity in rural Sevenoaks, Kent.

Gigaclear had previously stated its intention to roll out fibre optic broadband to remote communities across the area. To push forward with the project, the company needs 190 customers to subscribe to its high-speed service, with more than 150 already signed up.

According to the Sevenoaks Chronicle, Call Flow Solutions is also looking to boost speeds for local homes and businesses, having recently completed a county council-financed project to bring faster broadband to Crockenhill and the Well Hill area of Knockholt.

Founded in 2002, Call Flow decided in 2010 to begin providing next-generation broadband with 100 per cent coverage to rural locations.

Andy Conibere, Call Flow's managing director, said the company's plans for 2013 are set to "massively increase" the coverage of its radio-based broadband network throughout Kent.

"Our innovative solution offers fast internet speeds, over longer distances than our competitors using similar fibre/cabinet and radio-based technology," he remarked.
