3 Mobile store manager welcomes Eastbourne network upgrade
A 3 Mobile store manager has said the network operator's recently completed programme of infrastructure improvements in Eastbourne is "excellent news" for its customers.

The mobile broadband provider has spent £300,000 on improving coverage in the East Sussex town, with consumers in the area now benefiting following the conclusion of the 18-month project, reports the Eastbourne Herald.

Darren Baker, manager of one of the network's local stores, stated mobile broadband usage is "really taking off", both on smartphones and dongles.

He said the network upgrade will result in subscribers being able to access faster speeds and improved coverage.

"Our customers will be able to do even more on the move - whether it's browsing the internet, checking their emails, updating their social media profiles, or just talking and texting," Mr Baker remarked.

The company was named the UK's best mobile broadband provider in a survey conducted by YouGov last September, winning praise for its connection speeds, reliability, ease of use and value for money.
