Plusnet Value broadband available without a contract
Customers signing up for Plusnet Value broadband can now do so without a contract.
The Yorkshire-based internet service provider (ISP) is allowing customers already in possession of a compatible router to subscribe to its Value broadband deal on short-term deals.
Rather than locking customers onto a 12-month contract or longer, Plusnet allows them to switch broadband bundle provider at any point.
The ISP took out an advert in the Metro newspaper to inform customers of this high-flexibility option, available on its £6.49 per month tariff.
"Don't want to be in a contract? Simply pay for your router up front, or use your own if it's compatible," Plusnet said.
"You've then got the freedom to leave at anytime with just ten days' notice."
Customers can purchase a wired router for £20 from Plusnet, or gain access to a wireless version for £40.
Meanwhile, the firm is also continuing to promote its home phone and broadband bundles, which are available from £17.74 per month, including line rental.
