Virgin Media extends broadband and home phone bundle offer
Virgin Media has revealed that one of its popular broadband and home phone bundles has been extended.

The offer in question gives customers up to 10Mb broadband, plus unlimited weekend calls to UK landlines and Virgin Mobile users for a price of just £5 per month for the first three months.

Following this initial discounted period, bills revert to their standard cost of £12.50 per month, although consumers are also required to pay £11.99 per month for a Virgin home phone.

It was initially reported that the bundle offer would be withdrawn from sale on July 30th 2010, but Virgin Media's terms and conditions reveal that the promotion will now run until the end of August.

As well as broadband access and a landline with unlimited calls, those who sign up to the package will also be given a free wireless router and free internet security.

The offer is only available over a 12-month contract.
