Sky and Virgin Media offering "truly unlimited" broadband packages
Virgin Media and Sky are the two broadband providers which allow their customers to have unlimited downloads on a monthly basis.

According to a report in the Independent, while many internet service providers claim to offer unlimited services, fair usage policies mean downloading is capped at a set limit.
Customers who exceed this amount regularly may end up being given restricted access to broadband services at peak times, as well as being limited in their use of peer-to-peer websites such as 4OD.
"At present, the only truly unlimited options are Virgin Media's XXL package and Sky's Unlimited package," the newspaper explained.
Under Virgin Media's deal, fibre optic broadband customers are able to download as many films, music and photos as they want.
The Sky Unlimited package runs on a similar basis, with up to 20Mbps download speeds offered to those who sign up with the broadband provider.
Around-the-clock technical support is also promised to Sky customers.
